GOAL: To support and enable the marginalized to create programs and influence policies in the area of gender, sexuality, health education, art, and governance.

MISSION: We create, provide and advocate for health and economic empowerment services for the marginalised community in uganda

COSF is an NGO in Uganda providing Health ,Legal, Economic empowerment and Shelter services to the vulnerable Key Population members in Uganda

COSF provides temporary Shelters to the Vulnerable Key Population members who are evicted from their parent’s homes due to their sexual orientations, those evicted from their partner’s homes due to HIV status.

COSF Uganda is one of the Key Population-led organization whose main objectives are to advocate for human rights ,especially the right to health, education and full recognition of the Key Population in Uganda and also to sensitize the Key Population on prevention of sexually transmitted infections such as HIV/AIDS and other.
